Terms and Conditions for OJAR Affiliates Program
1. Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals or businesses with platforms that align with OJAR's brand values.
- Affiliates must complete the application process and be approved by OJAR.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through their unique referral link or promo code.
- The commission rate will be 20% for each Eau De Parfum or Body Oil Mist sold.
3. Tracking and Payments
- Sales will be tracked through the affiliate's unique referral link or promo code.
- Commissions will be paid out through PayPal automatically.
4. Payment Method
- Payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates are required to promote OJAR in a manner consistent with the brand’s image and values.
- Any misrepresentation or false claims about OJAR products are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly stating their affiliate relationship.
6. Exclusions
- Commissions will not be earned on purchases made by the affiliate or their immediate family members.
- Bulk or wholesale orders are excluded from the program.
7. Returns and Cancellations
- Commissions will not be paid on returned, canceled, or refunded orders.
8. Program Termination
- OJAR reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of affiliate links.
- Affiliates can opt out of the program at any time by providing written notice.
9. Modifications
- OJAR reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
10. Confidentiality
- Affiliates must keep all program-related information, including commission rates and internal processes, confidential.
11. Legal Compliance
- Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all local laws, taxes, and regulations related to their participation in the program.
