Shipping policy
1. Order Process
All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- You will receive an order acknowledgement via email or WhatsApp, confirming receipt of your order and providing an order number.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order after this acknowledgement, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to inform you.
- Your order is confirmed once you receive a dispatch confirmation message (by email or WhatsApp) confirming that the products have been shipped.
- We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may result in separate dispatches from our carrier.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The product ordered is out of stock.
- We were unable to obtain payment authorization.
- Pricing or product description errors were identified.
- You did not meet the eligibility criteria to order.
- There was a system or procurement failure, or failed customer validation checks.
2. Delivery
Shipping is handled by a third-party courier.
- Delivery fees will be displayed on the checkout page and vary by country and location.
- Free standard delivery is available for orders equal to or above USD 230. Orders below this value will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- Restricted Countries: OJAR offers worldwide shipping; however, deliveries are not available to the following countries: Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, India, Turkey, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery times:
- UAE & France: 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
- Gulf Countries: 2–3 working days from order confirmation.
- Rest of the world: 3-5 working days from order confirmation.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via email or WhatsApp, containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online through the courier’s website.
Delayed deliveries will not give rise to penalties, indemnities, or order cancellation. OJAR will not be liable for delays due to strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, or force majeure events, including war, riots, floods, epidemics, embargoes, or legal restrictions.
3. Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please ensure all details (e.g., apartment, building, street, contact number) are complete and accurate.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- In-store collection or pick-up is not available.
- If your package appears opened, damaged, or mishandled upon delivery, please note this clearly on the courier’s delivery notification before signing for the parcel and inform us via email or WhatsApp immediately.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duties related to shipping are generally managed by OJAR to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers.
However, in certain cases — for example, when local customs authorities request additional verification, import documents, or payment of duties directly — the customer may be required to assist in completing the clearance process or paying applicable fees.
If this occurs, our customer care team will promptly contact you via email or WhatsApp to guide you through the steps required by your local customs office.
Please note that any delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring timely delivery.
5. Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or you do not receive your shipment within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp quoting your order number. Our team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
If the parcel is marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with building reception, neighbors, or the courier’s local office before contacting us.
