Refund policy


1. Overview

We hope you love your OJAR purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how you can return or exchange items purchased from www.ojarofficial.com.

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any product you are not completely happy with within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  1. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. The product is in saleable condition, with all seals and labels intact.
  3. The return is initiated within 14 days of the item being delivered by our carrier.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Goods that have been opened, tested, or used.
  2. Items purchased through third-party retailers or other online platforms.
  3. Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

3. Refund Conditions

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. If your order was made using a voucher or promotional code, we will issue a new voucher of equivalent value.
  4. We may reduce your refund if the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, as permitted by law.

4. How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item:

  1. Email our Customer Service team at customercare@ojarofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship your parcel via a reliable, tracked postal or courier service.

OJAR can also coordinate a pickup through our courier partner upon request — please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We cannot process a return until we receive and verify the returned products.


5. Return Fees

  1. Free returns are not available on any orders.
  2. Original delivery charges, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as OJAR cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

Provide Proof:
Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Approval Process:
Our Customer Care team will review your request and confirm whether the refund or exchange has been approved. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until your claim has been fully processed.


7. Inspection & Refund Confirmation

Once your returned products are received:

  1. We will inspect them within 5 business days of receipt.
  2. You will be notified by email once your return is approved and refund initiated.
  3. Refunds will be made only after inspection confirms the product is unused and in saleable condition.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item of equal or higher value, please follow the same return procedure and specify the product you would like in exchange. Any price difference will need to be settled prior to dispatch of the replacement item.
